Account Disabled?

Hey there, my name is Simon.

I applied on Monday via online application and I go to log into my account to check up on my status of the application and it shows me this:

Your access to the Canadian Armed Forces Recruiting Online Employment Application has been disabled.

Your profile has been locked for one of the following reasons:

    An administrator locked your profile.
    A recruiter confirmed your information is already in the system.


I did apply in 2012 and finally got my interview, medical and appitude test all scheduled 7 months later (May 2013) but failed my appitude test. So I was wondering how long does the CF have your files in the system, Im really hoping that an administrator didn't lock my profile for whatever reason and that its just that my information is already in the system.

Thank you for you interest in the Canadian Armed Forces.

The reason your account has been disable because it was likely picked up as a duplicate file because you have previously applied online.

When you re-applied online you should of received a confirmation email stating you application was received.
2-4 days later you should receive an email from your local recruiting detachment stating you need to contact them within 30 days and a list of required documents.
It is suggested that you contact your local recruiting detachment either by phone or email.
