Advice for someone trying to get in touch with their file manager

I have read a few threads on here in regards to contacting your file manager and proper phone/email etiquette. I haven't really found anything that pertains to my situation.

Here is my problem:
I am currently merit listed to attend the next MPAC, which I have been told is in May.  I know of two people who are both merit listed as well, but have both been asked to re-interview.  I have been trying to contact my file manager for the past 6 weeks now, to find out if I might have to re-interview too. I have left several voice mails on different numbers I have been given to contact him. I have been given 3 different numbers, all of which don't have his name when the answering machine comes on. I have not had a phone call returned in 6 weeks.

I did speak to a recruiter, who told me that the only people who are asked to re-interview are those who were not competitive enough to be merit listed. This just confused me a little, as both of the people I know were previously merit listed before being asked to re-interview.

I'm not too sure what to do at this point, because if I am required to re-interview, Id hate to miss another chance of a MPAC because of a miscommunication.  I have only spoken to my file manager once, and he sounded like he genuinely wanted to help me and I really don't get  the impression he'd "ignore" me.

Is there any way I can get a phone number or email where I can contact him directly?

I have spoken to a recruiter who transferred me when I asked this and just got a voicemail.

Please, if anyone can give me some advice to help, Id greatly appreciate it.

Try using the contact email for your respective CFRC which should be available at the forces.ca website in the Contact Us section.  If none is there, let me which Centre and I will provide you with one.

As far as "re-interviewing" it all depends on when your last interview was.  Interviews are generally good for a year, however, some MCCs will conduct an update interview after six months, it's all based on circumstances.
