I obviously wasn't clear... I might have misunderstood Kincanucks post, but it seemed he was saying that they did the medical before issuing the test.... Didn't make much sense, logistically...

Kincanucks was talking about the Comment Enrollment Medical Standards. That is the medical you do at the recruitment centre, every applicant in the forces does it. It does not determine what your air factor will be. DRDC in Toronto is what determines what your air factor is.
