We did use the port fueling position to receive ration from Asterix once while on FRE. We got a pallet of eggs and milk.

AFAIK you can still do the heavy jackstay amidships (or is my memory failing me?). No more focsle jackstays that is for sure.

I just naturally assume that any engineering work is delayed at that there are still a few waiting their next EDWP to have it removed.

The kingpost is gone, on all CPFs as far as I know. Not sure what the capabilities are of the fueling points, but as I stated above we did use them in past for rations from Asterix.

When I was in Algonquin all of our dry stores replenishments were done by VERTREP. I think there was a king post capability on the flight deck or focsle but we never even attempted to use them.

I'd love a town hall with the JAG and VCDS to question this decision not to charge the major. It doesn't help at all the perception (real or not) that senior ranks aren't treated the same under regulations compared to the Jr ranks.

VCDS holds no authority to order JAG or Dir Mil Prosecutions to proceed with charges. (JAG equally has no authority to issue such an order).
