Quick question of what are the troops entitled to when they are attach posted.

I am currently attached to Borden (the dreaded PRETC) from Kingston.

I know that while I am attached I am entitled to Incidentals of $17.50 a day for the first 30 then $13 a day after that.
I also know that I do not pay rations while I am attached.

Do I pay quarters or not?  And are there any other entitlements that I should be asking the clerks about when I get back from Xmas leave?

Thanks.

i was attached posted to Winnipeg last year...you are not entitled to TD allowance ( $17 bucks / day) while on attached posting.

Reservists are 'attach posted' all the time when they are going to school in another city. As you would expect they get nothing, well maybe just a hand shake.

Talk to OR, they will help you out and put a smile on your face.

New regulations regarding TD/IR/Attached Postings and the entitlements for ResF members came in effect on 01 Jul 2006.

On Monday at work, I can pull up the up the new Aide Memoire etc to get current regulations on this. The Aide Memoire etc in the below links is not the updated version.
