Folks,
In an attempt to gather "real" feedback, I've created an anonymous mechanism for people to leave comments, suggestions, complaints, etc. The form is very simple, and can be found here:
http://army.ca/php/feedback.php
If you're on the paranoid side, you can always log out and/or use an Internet anonymizer before leaving your feedback... However I want everyone to know my goal is to solicit genuine commentary, not to start a witch hunt.
If you have positive feedback, that's great - you can always PM me with that if you don't need to be anonymous - but what I'm really looking for is the critical feedback on what we're doing and how we're doing it. I can't promise that I'll be able to act on every piece of feedback I receive, but I will read every one and consider the points made. I expect I'll share many (but not necessarily all) of the results with the Staff, if appropriate.
Again, the idea is to solicit constrictive feedback to help make Army.ca a better place. I know we can do better sometimes and if people are afraid to "speak up" I hope this will help. Let the flood gates open!
Cheers and thanks
Mike
