Appeal

Hi Everyone

I had a medical issue back in July and my letter stated I can appeal again with reassessment taken from December 2024.Now I took a re assessment and submitted my doctors note along with my specialist note that was taken in November . I emailed them online on 26th December 2024 .
So far I haven’t got any reply nor any acknowledgement from them, is it normal or how long does it take them to process my appeal, any idea ?

Well seeing as how everyone was on Christmas leave when you sent the form in, and everyone just came back from leave between the 6th and 13th of January, it may take another few weeks for an answer. you can always call or email and ask for confirmation of receipt.
Approval from the RMO can take anywhere from 4 business weeks to 6 months.

Oh kk , I saw someone appeal got decision made in three days but it would be the circumstances based I guess
