I'm a 22 year old female currently in my first year of study at the University of Waterloo and competing as an amateur boxer. I have always wanted to join the army and have finally decided to apply. I plan on going to a recruitment centre tomorrow. I have a few questions:
1)Do I need to fill out the online application or can I do everything at the recruitment centre?
2)I am looking for a position as an infantry soldier, any idea on the wait times for getting accepted provided everything is in order?
3)How many references do they ask for and who would you recommend using as references besides former managers?
