okay so i had applied at the begining of april and it is now june 6 and i have not herd anything. I applied for infantry, artillary, armoured soldier. can anyone give me any information on what to do?

Have you considered calling the recruiting center ?

Yes call the centre. I have been told that Infantry and Armoured Soldier have been closed for now. That could be why your application isn't moving along.

i had called back in may to make sure they got my application and everything and they told me to sit tight and that they were hiring for these trades just not so much for infantry.. Just this  takes so long i got a buddy in the states who applied and went to boot camp within a month

If you are not applying for the US military then what happens down there is irrelevant.

Give the CFRC a call. Be polite and ask for an update on your file.

I wouldn't be making those comparisons. If I'm not mistaken, our Forces have under 100K members across 3 elements and reserves. The US sits at just under 3 million spread across 5 branches and reserves.
If you want a shorter wait time, might I suggest Israel, Russia, Korea or China? Pretty sure some of our communist buddies across the pond have militaries close to 10 million each..
