Hi, i'd like to know if you can ask for a second appointment,because i did'nt went to the first because i was not sure if i really wanted to go on the army.But now my friend is willing to go on the army and i might reconsider my choice,but i dont know if i can that  why i am asking.Thanks for your future answers.

Don't join the military because your friend is joining. More than likely, you will not serve together. You will probably not even join at the same time. Also, you will sign a contract which will require you to serve several years, so you should decide for yourself if it's what you want to do. It's your life, make your own decision, don't be influenced by your friend. After you make your decision, call or go to the recruiting centre and get rescheduled for CFAT or close your file.
