Hey I am trying to join the reserves and I really want to be an Mp, I am really looking for some solid answers to this because I cant find any on the internet and I've been looking for days. There is only one branch for mp where I

Live 33 mp platoon, I've tried calling them and I left a message. Also I went to the recruitment center and asked some questions but it was kind of rushed and I couldn't remember off the top of my head all the questions I wanted to ask.

I am planning on going to school for police foundations in fact I have already signed up and am just waiting for an acceptance letter, I have looked up a lot concerning Joining the reserves and particularly Being an Mp.

I am curious to know if I don't have my diploma, but I am going through school for it, is it possible to set up some sort of plan so I can still get in to the reserves as an Mp, it's really something I want to do my heart is deadest on it.

I am  not sure if I could get in to The reserves while I'm going through collage for police foundations, Or do I need to have my diploma already to even be considered for getting into the reserves as an Mp.

Perhaps if I were to go  in and talk to them About Joining is it possible something could be worked out? any help on this would be Very much appreciated. :)

I found your post very difficult to read. If you have further comments or questions, please use correct paragraph structure, punctuation, grammar and spelling, etc.  You'll find that if you assert yourself in a professional manner, you're more likely to receive the same treatment in return.

As I understand it, your main question was whether or not you can become MP as a Reservist while you're in college/before you graduate and any entry plan available?

Below is some basic information. However, confirm the information with your CFRC to ensure it is uptodate. MP, either Regular Force or Reserves, is very difficult to get into right now.  Be prepared to wait for extended periods of time before anything gets moving with your application.

RESERVE TRAINING

Reservists train with their home unit to ensure that they meet the required professional standards of the job. If additional training is required in order to specialize skills, arrangements will be made by the home unit.

It is also possible to set up an “Individual Learning Plan” to take courses leading to a college diploma related to this job, and upon successful completion, be reimbursed for up to 50% of tuition and other mandatory costs. Education fees for successfully completed courses are reimbursed as long as the student was a Reservist during the entire duration of the course.

Dude, take a frigging breath.....  :o

Yeah, what she said.

Thank you very much for reaffirming my affection for the Recruiting threads.  There are just so many openings for responses from someone who isn't as caring, nurturing, and supportive as I.

All I will say though, is....

I was once that way too when a woman left me. Time heals.

Oh, and don't sweat all that literacy or attention to detail stuff; I doubt if it's that important within any police service.
