BISON: Ballistic Curtains Sought for "Re-Role"

MERX, posted 9 Jul 08, closing 25 Aug 08:  "The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the provision of Ballistic Curtain Installation kits in support of the Bison re-role Project." (.pdf version attached to post in case link doesn't work)

But could this new posting be a repeat from earlier this year?
