Ack, I will alter that point. So far atleast around my course instructors didn`t care about protein powder. I will update the guide. Appreciate the input!Really? You are advocating for people to hide protein powder in their iso bag? This is a good plan to have your entire platoon hate you if you get caught. And also how you get ants and mice in the building. Way to set the example OCdt.
Wish they still did tbh, we barely touched on it during courseI had a look. Obviously, they no longer introduce candidates to the principles of military writing.
Not only that BUT if you are of certain trades or classifications that need to pack carefully protein powder will probably not be on your list . Ammo, water and rations will be.Really? Its a duffle bag, that contains spare civi clothes and other items phone etc.Not only that BUT if you are of certain trades or classifications that need to pack carefully protein powder will probably not be on your list . Ammo, water and rations will be.
When you travel by foot.....every ounce counts....
OK what's an iso bag?
Access to your car during the indoc period will be dependent on your staff. You will need to request permission to go to the parking lot to start your car. You could make friends with people on other platoons and if you trust them enough, have them start your car. Really though, your car should be fine for a few weeks to 2 months without starting it, unless it is some super high performance model. I had my car for the second half of my time at St Jean and I do not regret it. I was able to have it for Borden after and that freedom was priceless. Is it better to get your car for BMOQ?. Do they allow to start the car once in the first 3 weeks. Just to not let the battery die.
What do you mean, no coffee? There is coffee at the kitchen, and there are vending machines for coffee in the green and blue break areas. The no coffee purchasing at garrison is a pain to say the least. Especially considering it's in field IMPs and that you can buy it at Subway. As an ex nurse, I NEEDs muh coffee.

Well you won't get permission to go during class very often, so that will help. And the class periods are typically only 40 min, with a 10 min break in between (which is sometimes the exact amount of time needed to get from one class to the next as a platoon.)I'm going to live off that vending machine coffee for a while.
Just hoping it doesn't make me miss too much class from going to the bathroom all the time. Lmfao.
Very helpful. Can I suggest and reading material about the military so I can ahead of time. Also can u provide the YouTube links for the C7 and M3Check out this detailed guide, I made it might help you, it contains videos and helpful content from my course this year.

I don't know if there was an incident or something, but Canex won't sell coffee to those in BMQ or BMOQThe no coffee purchasing at garrison is a pain to say the least. Especially considering it's in field IMPs and that you can buy it at Subway. As an ex nurse, I NEEDs muh coffee.
