I’m heading for BMQ on march 22, in November I’m stressing because I feel like I’m going to fail the fitness portion of BMQ.
I had pneumonia for two months in November and went from being in ok shape being able to do 20 push up and all that fun stuf flow to being able to do 5 push up. I’ve being doing 5-7 km ruck marches with 50 lbs on my back for a while now no problem but my cardio isn’t up to what it was.

Anyways I don’t plan to give up and I’m really happy that I got offered armour crew position. Just afraid of failure and not graduating.

It is more likely you would start by being sent to warrior platoon or whatever it is called these days, and given some time to work on your fitness. It's not a great solution, but it is better than being kicked out 3 weeks in.

All that said, your experience will be less fun if you struggle with fitness and push-up.

When we doing some push up (or else) and I see people having a hard time after 5-6 push up, it’s certainly less fun than the guy who can do it more easily.

The less you are fit, the more your mental has to be strong.
