I think (but am not certain) that that info appears on one of the pages of tombstone information from the pension site; naturally, the ones I printed out this week are locked in my cabinet at work.

After much searching, I have found it buried in a payment remittal form from when I was last on leave without pay.

For the Canadian Forces Pension Fund: 0355495

For the Canadian Forces Reserve Pension Fund: 1172220

It's a bit shocking to me that these numbers aren't more available or more prominently posted.
