Camaraderie in the reserves vs regular force

I'm considering joining the infantry reserves. Mainly because I'm looking for a sense of belonging. So I was wondering if camaraderie in the reserves is still strong or if it only exists in the regular force.

I've been retired since 2013. I have tons of acquaintances. However, my close friends circle, numbers only seven. All people I served with in the Reserves.
