Can my wife enter Canada?

Hi team,

I am a Canadian citizen living and working in Mexico city. My wife is Mexican and has no status in Canada. I am applying to the forces as an ATIS tech, and after Basic Training is there any way she can enter Canada? We are saving up for an application for Family Class Sponsorship but it will be some time until we have the money to apply.
