My father was the Dep Prog Mgr for the CL227. I actually found a sticker from the shipborne trials in my stuff over the holidays

It looks like a flying dog bone ..
very neat piece of kit though. Compact for its day.

It was called the Flying Peanut.

It is kind of cool that I now work with a drone company called Sentinel R+D....
