Canadian Centurion tank

Craig Moore who is a military historian trying to figure out which country owns this tank. Looking at the guy with the hose, he might be Canadian?

Very early version of the Centurion with a 20-pdr gun, steel tracks and without a turret rack. I can't make out any markings on the tank in the foreground or on the row of Centurions in the background. The soldier with the hose might be wearing an FSOD cap, which would be appropriate for the time period of the 50s or early 60s.

I don't think we're looking at a British tank but I'm not prepared to say 100% that it's Canadian, either.

I was hoping someone might recognize the vehicle park and hanger.
