I have been with State Farm since 2003. I had one wipeout accident on the 401 back in 2004 and nothing since then. My reneal comes up in April, and am looking to get a better deal than I have now......currently paying around $160 a month for a Dodge Journey 2014 and 2 bed condo apartment

I know the Military has a group plan through the personal....my question is, what kind of deal can I expect to get that is better than the status quo for me i.e.

- type of policy

- deductible for Accident forgiveness, Conviction Protection, New Car Guarantee for my nearly 1yr old Dodge Journey

TIA

If you or your spouse qualify with one of one of their affiliated groups, Meloche Monnex has pretty darn good rates that I haven't seen anyone able to beat yet.  Their affiliated groups include various professional associations, alumni associations, student associations, companies and unions.  Check out their website to see if any of your groups qualify.

If you're a FSNA member (and it's worth checking out just for auto/home/travel insurance reasons), Johnson Insurance is their group insurer - follow the link from the FSNA site to see what your premiums would be if you were a FSNA member.

No spouse here....does DND fit into this affiliated group for company mentioned? I know a lot of military folks use 'the personal'

Nope, DND and the CF aren't among the groups represented.  RMC students are, though...along with alumni and students of a fair number of other schools.  Best to take a look at the list of eligible groups on their site (follow the steps to get a quote, and you'll eventually get to the point where you can see the various groups).
