Just wondering if there are any CM's on here from any trade as my question would be something that any CM could answer?

If its a general question about career management, ask it out in the open. There's a lot of senior folks on here who have tons of experience even if they're not/have not been career managers. Then other folks can use the thread as a reference as I'm sure if you've got the question, 15 other people have the same one.
