I don't want to put any details out yet as they may be nothing more than back room Parliamentary discussions but has anyone else heard anything about a proposed change to CFSA specifically a change from 'best 5 years' to 'something else'?

I had heard the rumor here on the forum that the "something else" was potentially using the average salary of your career for the calculation. That being said, I think any change would only affect new recruits after any change, as I would bet there is no current "easy button" in CCPS to calculate that average going back 25-35 years. And can you imagine the headache in the Reserve pay system.
