On Thursday, December 13, 2018, a CH-146 Griffon helicopter from 4 Wing Cold Lake was conducting a routine mission and experienced an incident while landing on the Cold Lake Air Weapons Range. Our focus right now is to return our personnel back to the Wing for evaluation of their well-being. The exact cause of this incident is unknown at this time. A flight safety investigation is being launched to provide clarity on the situation.

I hope the crew is ok and everyone gets home safe and sound.

We can confirm no personnel were injured during the incident landing this afternoon. All those involved were safely transported back to 4 Wing. As a precautionary measure, medical staff were on hand to greet the crew. It is too early to determine the exact cause of the incident landing, and a flight safety investigation has been launched to find the exact cause of the incident.

I caught something in a post about a problem with the main rotor, or words to that effect.

Glad everyone made it home!

Any "incident" you walk away from is a good one. Good to hear all are safe.
