Hey all, this is my first post and I thank all for their input and feedback in advance. I've written my CFAT and passed. I'm currently awaiting my medical and interview. I'm hoping to get some feedback on an uncommon topic. 5 years ago I was diagnosed with something called Colonic Inertia. It's a muscle and nerve disease of the large bowel/intestine. I've undergone multiple surgery's for the issue and the end result was the complete removal of my large intestine. For the past 4 years I have not been on any medication and have no restrictions on what I can and cannot eat and I am also now in the best shape of my life at 30 years old. I use the washroom a tad more frequently then the average person, maybe a little to much information  :P however relevant. Other than that have no other side effects. I have done my research and haven't been able find much information on this particular problem. I realize it's a case by case basis and I'm extremely hopeful this would not hinder my ability to serve in the Canadian Forces? If anyone has any input, feedback or a link to further information it would be very much appreciated. I've applied as naval communicator, weapons engineering tech and a naval combat information operator if this has any weight on the possibilities.

Only the RMO can determine if you are medically fit for CAF enrolment.
