I don't care is whether it be an actual combat vehicle, prototype, inventor's hackjob, an internet hoax or an imageboard Meme.  The idea, imho, of riding into battle with a recoilless rifle between your legs is either 100% wrong or 100% overcompensating.

"What it is" has already been asked (Re: Name This Photo!!!) and answered.

The images of male over compensation aside, the TAP 56 was actually used in combat.  Though it may seem to be an odd little vehicle it was a reasonably well thought approach (in its day) to providing a highly mobile anti-armour capability to airborne troops.
