Comedians from The Daily Show go to Iran

When "The Daily Show" sent a team to Iran to film some comedy sketches, two things happened: A lot of Americans got offended on behalf of the Iranians, and the Iranians understood the joke immediately. What does it say when the only people pissed off about sending comedians to Iran are Americans?

Well, I'm thinking that the Americans (in general) don't do any better when asked about us, so why would they get it right about a country their administration has been demonizing for what...nearly 30 years now?

That's not even good comedy, ironic, sarcastic or otherwise.

It's just plain old mass media stupidity and should only be talked about when mental health funding is on the table for cuts.
