I am asking this question for a friend of mine because he doesn't have an account.  He got his offer for OT to Aes op and accepted it at the beginning of March; however he is still waiting for his transfer instructions message.  Any idea when the messages are coming out?

Tell your friend to stand by. I also got an offer that I accepted for the same trade and haven't recieved a msg either. I'm not the least bit concerned because I know it's eventually coming. It's going to be for the middle of July anyway--lots of time yet...Besides, I don't think there's a set deadline for the messages to be released.
