The Army tries to follow the principle of Train to Need. By this I mean that soldiers receive the training they need to accomplish the tasks expected of them. As a Reserve Armoured Crewman your DP 1 Armour Reconnaissance Crewman and DP 2 Reconnaissance Observer courses impart the ability to carry out the tasks expected of you in your day to day duties. The next course that you would need for sure if you progress would be the PLQ course.
The driver wheeled course (a number of vehicles LSVW, MLVW) is quite useful, as it makes you more employable both within your unit and in the Army. Driving in the SSM's echelon is not being a Log *****.
Now, there are number of courses normally taken by Regular Force crewman after DP1 (no DP2 Recce Observer in the Reg F) that you would no doubt like to take. These include the 25mm Turret Operator Course (TOC), the various Leopard courses and the Coyote Driver and Surveillance Operator Courses for those who didn't get those quals during Reg F DP1. There are also the RG-31 driver, LAV Driver and the various RWS operator courses along with HLVW driving courses. The problem for you, though, is the train to need bit. Generally you wouldn't take those courses unless you were slated for a position requiring it. That being said, if you find the opportunity I would go for it. With the proposed new tasks for Reserve Armoured units could come some additional courses in the future.
You should also note that this is not like a university where you look through the course calendar and make your picks.
