CT from PRes NCM to regular force DEO nursing officer

I am wondering what then timeline is like for CT from PRes to reg force nursing officer DEO? I applied mid July and have just gotten an updated medical completed and my transcripts are in to my unit's OR. Is the process fairly fast (around 3 months or less) or shouldmimbe prepared to wait a while (6+ months)? I have to sign a 6 month lease for an apartment before it goes month to month and am trying to get a rough timeline.
