CT From Reserve To Reg

Im doing a CT from signal operator in the reserve army to hopefully EO Tech in the Reg force through the NCM SEP program.  I need to redo a interview, what can I do to increase my chances of being accepted over other people for this?

CTs are not "Recruiting".  Try looking in the CT Forum for your answers.  As for your interview, you have to be more competative than the other candidates, so you have to bring more to the table.
