CWO Donaldson of 31 CER (The Elgins)

Two years ago at Blackdown my adult sergeant major was an Elgin. He wore MWO slip ons but I think he was a CWO. Does anybody know a CWO Donaldson?

Yes, he was the former RSM of the Elgins and is still very active with the Regimental Assoc.

Did he retire after this summer? I know he was at Blackdown this summer as the camp DSM. He looked like he was still in the reserves at that time, as he wore 31 CER Slip ons with MWO on it.

It's my understanding that he may be the DSM next summer up at Borden.
