I was wondering how to report such a problem? If one were to be having something like this happen to them, where would they report it? It seems to be that the agencies responding to these types of problems direct people to psychiatric evaluations instead of true medical support. Is there some kind of contact for this that you may be aware of? Any email that a person could contact to get support for solving this kind of problem?
