DIY satellite TV installer shoots wife dead
.22 handgun - not the best way to drill through walls

Officials are pondering whether to charge a Missouri DIY satellite TV installer who decided that the best way to punch a hole through the wall was with a .22 calibre handgun, and in so doing accidentally shot and killed his wife.

Well.... I guess the village has found it's "lost" village idiot!

That is right up there with the guy in the UK who was pruning his tree on a ladder with a chainsaw while his wife worked on the flower bed around the base of the tree.  Needless to say there was a horrible mishap when he fell off the ladder and cut his wife's head off with the chainsaw.  A neighbour was heard the man yell " Call 999, she's not breathing!!"
