;D

This should be stickied for all those who are thinking about getting a tattoo; at the very least a tattoo in a language they don't understand/know.

I got lots of kanji around my house and it often tells a story. But Alot of westerners get the wrong meanings or message from the symbols.
Alot of what is written in the eastern culture cannot be translated 100%
When A story is being told it is often more headed off in the wrong direction from the original meaning. Most westerns like Myself receive A meaning or story from the kanji itself from another culture and threw time we forget and lose even more of the true meaning of the art . We tend to just gaze at the swirls and make up our own meaning. In the end Isn't that what Art Is all about. Our Own Self Expression.

If you consider the written form as art; how do you want to interpret the above statement in a number of years as you regale yourself looking at the swirling forms of the letters you have scrawled across the screen?

Sigh - again BruceTee -

You will not use excessive webspeak, or other shorthand styles of typing. Please use English or French to the best of your ability; this makes it easier for those who are not posting in their native language.
