Applying to be deo Infantry Officer,
and i believe the initial contract is 9 years,
however i have been lurking various forum and linkedin as to know how this life is,
now i am joining solely for service,

on Linkedin in saw several Infantry officer Regs who did 9-10 years in the Infantry,
but during the last 3 years obtained their Juris Doctor or MBA,
is this possible to do while still in the forces,

and if personal circumstanced WRT to family change ex. taking care of a elderly family member, would it be possible to transfer from Reg to Reserve before your 9 years are up?

The 9 years is your initial engagement contract. There's no obligatory service. If you leave before, however, your benefits may be impacted. That change in benefits is also true if you go from Reg F to Res.

Law school is almost always full time. If you see a Regular Force CAF member completing it while still serving, odds are they’ve been accepted for the program to become a CAF legal officer.

MBAs can be done part time; I’ve known people who’ve bashed them out a course at a time in both CAF and the emergency services. Any part time education would have to be balanced with your duties and would generally be on your own time. There may or may not be financial support, but assume you’re on the hook for it and anything you get paid by CAF is bonus.

CAF does have a limited number of supported positions each year for officers to pursue graduate studies, but it generally has to be in the interest of CAF to send that member for that schooling.

Released members also have access to the Education and Training Benefit that can pay for further schooling; 6 years’ full time serving gets you just under $50k, and 13 years gets you just under $100k.
