Elbow Injury

Dang... My elbow is acting up again, and I am just now realising that this may cause me some problems.

I was hit by a car in high school (about 3 years ago, I believe) and landed on the front side of my elbow. I went to an emergency clinic, where they could find no injury.
I went for a few x-rays, and they came up clean. So I have never been diagnosed with anything actually wrong with it.

I have no restrictions in movement whatsoever. There is no pain at all in the injury, except when I apply pressure to the one small area on that side of my elbow.
When this happens, it is a powerful shooting pain; bad enough to make me flinch.

The only problem I could see with this is when laying prone. In a proper position, there is no problem, as the weight is on the end of the elbow.

I can tough it out, but I just am worried I may make something worse... Any thoughts? Suggestions? Can I hope it will disappear?

I'm considering going to my doctor, but I don't want to waste my time if their not going to be able to figure it out anyway.

Is there a legitimate question here or are you talking about not disclosing your previous medical history during the medical portion of the recruiting process?

Your INDIVIDUAL medical fitness for joining the CF can only be determined through the medical portion of the recruiting process and not through this board and the experiences of others.  If you want to join then apply and see where the process takes you.

Perhaps I haven't worded my post very well...

All that I meant to ask is if there were very strict regulations regarding prior injuries. - Particularly joint injuries.

And in no way did I mean to suggest that I would withhold information during the recruiting process.
I was simply frustrated at the time of posting as it seemed like an obstacle to enlisting.

And every time I see a doctor, they tell me they don't know what is wrong with it, and if the pain isn't always there, they can't do much about it.
But I will try again...

Have you even been through the processing and if not apply and then find out if you need more medical information.
