Bigger question - will Fort Fumble now not move to his riding or has Public Works and Government Stealing Canada (PWGSC)   locked in a deal to get DND out of downtown Ottawa?

There's a guy I know who works at DND who lives in Pratt's riding and that was one
of Pratt's pre-Election promises - to build the new NDHQ in his riding.

Nothing like vote buying by the incumbents!!!!
