Hi there, brand new to the forum and I don't know if this question has been asked before but I was wondering about the requirement of Grade 10 Academic Math. I have my Grade 12 Applied Math and was wondering if that would cover the requirements for: Aerospace Telecommunication & Information Systems Technician.

This is the entry plan requirement:

REQUIRED EDUCATION
The minimum required education to apply for this position is the completion of the provincial requirements for Grade 10 or Secondaire IV in Canada with Grade 10 Academic Math or Math 246 in Quebec. Foreign education may be accepted.

I live in Ontario and any clarification on this matter would be appreciated. I would call the recruiting office but I've read on here that they are infamous for providing misinformation.

Probably not.  Academic level courses generally lead to University/College studies, while Applied level courses might not.  What you have quoted above is the bare minimum or the  "Acceptable" academic standards for ATIS Tech.  The "Ideal" academic requirements are "Gr 12 or equivalent including Gr 12 Academic Math and Gr 12 Physics  -  Quebec Sec V Level Math 526 or 536 and Physics".

Your local CFRC should provide the same info.
