The Parade Square is a category, but a good pick... it's probably the busiest category and includes Equipment, which seems like the natural fit. "Gear gods" spend a lot of time there, so you're likely to get the highest number of potentials there, I would imagine.

As of this date we have developed and placed two of our A1M-W (versions Mk I and Mk II) and one of our A2M-D (version Mk I) sleep systems in the field for test and evaluation. The A1's have been in use for more than 16 months by the 408th THS while the A2 has been in use in Afghanistan since February of this year.

We are currently preparing to launch a final BETA this fall with a total 26 A1M and A2M (all Mk III) sleep systems going to various members of the Canadian and US Armed Forces. However we have a problem. Two actually. One is that we have learned that although there are a lot of sewing contractors out there, most have a difficult time adhering to our quality standards when assembling our products and keeping the labor cost down (cost us $8,000 to find that out).
Our second problem is that all the Venture Capital and Angel investors that we've spoken to in an attempt to secure Equity Capital really don't understand why we think the product is great and warrants their investment into our project.
Therefore, we have decided to present you, the military community with an opportunity in the form of a Private Offering Memorandum.
Pacific Research Group is offering a total 3 million Class "D" Preferred Par Value Shares in blocks of 500 shares at a cost of CAD $500 per block and no limit to the number of blocks a purchaser may buy.
The offer is open to all members of the Canadian and US Armed Forces (Regular, Reserve, Militia and Guard) as well as to Retired and Discharged members.
