Here's a curiosity question... I'm not to familiar with icebreakers, but would ice that an ice-breaker would be capable of breaking still be strong enough to support an aerial re-supply? I would think that ice breakers would be in a unique situation of being able to be re-supplied to some extent via air-drop... I can't see anyone being able to effectively parachute supplies to a ship in the ocean, whereas perhaps dropping supplies to an icebreaker might be an option? (Yes, I know this would require an extra few planes, but if we're talking about imaginary ships, we can add imaginary planes)
