Filing Formal Complaint Against Civilian DND Employee

Good day,

I searched on this, but it's so general in terms it's a haystack/needle situation.

What I'm looking for is if there is a repository that would provide detailed instructions for documenting and making a formal complaint against a Civilian Employee that is attempting to smear a uniformed member in another section as incompetent to cover up their own fudge ups.

The member is concerned that this individual is impacting their career at this point due to rumor mill etc, and it's all getting rather political.

Do you have a civilian HRO at your unit? They would be the encyclopedia for how to file the complaint.

Try looking up harassment policies.  These apply to military and civilian.
