Before anyone harps on me for being insensitive to the obese er excuse me metabolically challenged.  I quote:

Mr Marsden, 40, who is unemployed and spends much of his day in bed, said he did not understand "what the fuss was about".

He is of course referring to the fact two fire trucks were dispatched and therefore unavailable had a fire broke out and the as noted the potential to injure 10 firefighters who would then be unavailable for such other mundane tasks as oh saving lives.  ::)

Boo Hoo!

And once again Fire Departs cry for having to actually do some work.
Welcome to EMS sunshines!

We get the same garbage in Ontario(not speaking of the Obese...poor soul ::))
Fire Likes to Charge to the rescue but starts to whine when they get overworked or dirty.
There are examples but I'll turn Rant off to cool the engine.

Cheers
Ben

Yeah but here in Dalton's paradise we'd shel out for a scooter and $250 a month added onto his social assistance /ODSP for special diet related to his medical disability. ::)
