TORONTO - First Nations leaders are threatening to fight the merged sales tax through any means possible unless they're allowed to retain their point-of-sale exemption from the provincial portion of the 13 per cent harmonized sales tax.
"This is where we have to draw our line in the sand," said Grand Council Chief Patrick Madahbee from the Union of Ontario Indians, which represents 42 First Nations.
"Already action is being contemplated out in the communities ... and I think this could be an escalating issue right across the province and right across the country." :

Meh. It's just noise. McSqinty and his liebrals let them do whatever they want anyway. The spineless politicos that run this province let them break whatever laws they want with no repercussions.

Want to smuggle guns, drugs and cigs?  Let us know and we'll look the other way.

Want more free land? How about Caledonia? We'll even buy it for you, btw, don't worry about those pesky taxpayers that already own it. If they put up a stink we'll arrest THEM.

Firken yellow pricks.

Damn, now I need a drink. ::)
