Alright so I had my medical appointment today at the local CFRC, now I mentioned I used to have lower back pain from an injury 5 years ago. I told him I went to physio for it and it's all better now, no pain for about 2 years. I totally forgot about a more recent incident to my lower back, and how it happened, so I tried calling but could not get through to them. I was wondering if this would be considered lying or withholding information, I'm pretty sure it will, and I want to fix the situation.
Is there any way to add this to my file, or are they just going to assume that since I haven't had back pain in about 2 years, that it's okay, and the previous injury doesn't matter too much?
