Form tbs/sct 330-60F

Hi, currently filling form tbs/sct 330-60F that I got during my enrolment ceremony, section M requires 3 personal reference, I only have 1 friend that I still talk to, could I put my teacher and 1 work acquaintance ? Before I got married and since I got divorced I’ve kinda just work and been solo and making friends hasn’t been my top priority.

I have my best friend and my neighbour but that’s it.

Sorry if this has been asked before I’ve looked but found nothing.

This is about as much as anyone here could formally provide.

Essentially friend/coworker for 3+ years and knows you well. How well? Doesn’t say. Doesn’t have to be in same geographical area as you, but it helps.

ok that I can work with and I know 2 coworkers but now someone told me I only need to fill out what’s needed for level 2 secret and not level 3 top secret for armour crew so that make it simpler .

Also unless you are getting a TOP SECRET clearance on enrollment which is highly unlikely you only need to fill out sections A-J and then section P. The image attached is straight from the form.

Yes you really only need to fill out section B-J and then section P. Section A will be auto completed when the form is entered into the security system.

Yes you will need to do a Statutory Declaration as to why you can't provide the information, which is ok... just be honest with the information it doesn't have to be a novel be clear and conscience i.e. I have no contact with father and I have no known address for him.
