I head to bed after the wife does, so I usually pop on an episode of MASH then when that's over, switch to the fireplace channel at low volume for 'ambiance' for the night. At some point it switches over from a fireplace to waterfront/waves, and I imagine that as I get older, the 'running water' sound will eventually trigger me to have to get up and go pee....
In the meantime, it's livable. If it gets worse, I will look into a masker though.
