FUTURE AFTER BMOQ

Hello
I am in process of starting my BMOQ training and i have few queries: -
1. What happens after BMOQ, will u be send for your next training immediately?
2. Any idea on the position changes that happen after BMOQ, currently joining as Sub- lieutenant. (The occupation is Marine Engineering Officer)
3. When can our family join us after BMOQ.

Non-MSEO here, but I've worked alongside them plenty for NWO II and during sails (I'm an NWO), so I can give you some insight:

1. Upon completing BMOQ, you're sent to Victoria BC to complete training such as NWO II, NEI, etc.
You'll also have a board or few later down the line in your training but idk the full details of that. By this time that I replied, you're likely done the 2 courses above already!

2. Did you join as a SLt and not Acting-Sub-lieutenant (A/SLt)? Just curious as I haven't seen nor heard of an MSEO joining BMOQ as SLt unless they had prior military experience or swapping trades. But it depends.

3. If you completed BMOQ already, this has been answered.
