Lockmart has their own webpage dedicated to the S-70 family which includes a sub-link to PZL. There is also a link to a news article about Lockmart is delivering a Black Hawk Full Flight Simulator, Virtual Maintenance Trainer, and associated courseware to the Philippine Air Force. This is done through a Direct Commercial Service contract, not FMS.
And, interestingly the 48 S-70 Blackhawks the PAF has received were manufactured by PZL at its Polish factory.
