GCKey Problem

When I was looking into joining the reserves a few months back, I was told to open an application online and it appears that I am no longer able create a new application, it just shows me my data. I am planning to apply for ROTP in September once the new campaign opens, will I be able to apply again on the website? What do I have to do in order to be able to apply again?

My best option right now is to revoke the GCKey, will that screw the system up or will it give me a fresh start?
