Gettin your first hook

i am curious, i have a couple of years in now, about to finally finish my threes, (LCIS) and curious, when do i get my first hook, i looked on the site, and cant find it.. if yall could help me out that would be greatly appreciated..
is it two years and threes qualified?
three years and threes?

  I looked into this recently......if I recall, it's 30 months of consecutive reg force service, and QL3 qulaified.

Did you look in CFAO's? Maybe start at chapter 49-4.
